Shipping time
Once the order is placed it will take approximately 1-3 days for it to ship, and 5-7 days for Australia post to deliver it within Australia. Note: Shipping time is dependent on whether standard or express shipping is selected during checkout.
Upon the shipment of your order by Australia Post, you will receive your tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our track your order page.
What is in my package?
Your package will contain the slime or squishy product you purchased.
For slime orders only, we also include:
- a borax packet
- a 10ml slime activator
- a care sheet

Slime FAQs
Sticky Slime?
If your slime arrives sticky or melted, it is normal and fixable! Use the activator spray provided with your order and spray a few times on your slime and it will eventually come together! We also provide you with a borax packet. Simply add 1tsp of the powder into 1 cup of water and stir. Then gradually add tiny amounts into the melted slime until it comes together. Are slime returnable?
Due to the handmade nature of our slime products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If your slime arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luxeslimes00@gmail.com.
Squishies FAQs
Are squishies returnable?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns for squishy products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
What if my squishy arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luxeslimes00@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
My squishy ripped after use. Can I get a replacement?
Squishies can experience wear and tear over time through normal use. We do not automatically replace squishies that become damaged after use. However, if you believe your squishy has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with photos and your order details and we will review your case.
How should I care for my squishy?
Avoid excessive stretching, pulling, scratching, or exposure to heat and sharp objects. Proper care will help extend the life of your squishy. Avoid digging long nails into the squishy to prevent it from leaking.
