Luxender Slimes Shipping Policy

Please note we only ship domestically within Australia.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, orders are dispatched via Australia Post. 

Domestic Shipping

Once the order is placed it will take approximately 2-8 days (standard shipping) for Australia post to deliver it within Australia. We will always provide you with the tracking number to keep you updated.

Standard Shipping –  Australia

We offer Australia-wide $10 flat rate for all domestic orders to ship standard parcels within 2 to 8 business days.

Express Shipping – Australia

We offer Australia-wide $17 flat rate for all domestic orders to ship express parcels within 1 to 4 business days.

Please note:

There may be delays during transit due to instabilities in weather conditions, postal processing errors, network congestion etc.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon the shipping of your order by Luxender Slimes, a Shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided us. The email will also contain the order tracking number. You can also track your order on our track orders page. Tracking numbers will be active through the Australia Post tracking portal within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Luxender Slimes will not be liable in the event that a parcel is damaged, lost in transit, or delivered to an incorrect address by the postage company. We request that you contact the shipment carrier to file an appropriate claim.

We also do not cover shipping costs if the address is inputted incorrectly or the parcel is not collected in time.
