At Luxender Slimes, we do our best to ensure all products are shipped in perfect condition for your enjoyment!

SLIME PRODUCTS POLICY

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our slime products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your slime arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luxeslimes00@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Where appropriate, we may provide a:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

We are happy to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email luxeslimes00@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for cancellation

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Slime Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

  • Change of mind
  • The product is no longer wanted or needed
  • Texture or scent preferences
  • Misuse of the product
  • Adding borax solution directly to the slime or other ingredients not recommended by us
  • incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Please note that slime textures and fragrances may vary slightly between batches.


SQUISHY PRODUCTS POLICY

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns for squishy products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging is included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us at luxeslimes00@gmail.com before returning any item and include your order number.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
