At Luxender Slimes we do our best to ensure all our products are shipped in perfect condition for your enjoyment!

Due to the handmade nature of our slime products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

We are happy to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at luxeslimes00@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for cancellation

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Acceptable reasons for a refund or replacement:

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • you received a different product from what you ordered
  • your order was not delivered
  • your item arrived damaged or defective

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

Unacceptable reasons for a refund:

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Customers adds borax packet to slime (not advised)
  • no longer needed product
  • Change of mind
  • Order delivered to wrong address
  • Opened packaging cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes.
  • texture, scent preferences or misuse

Please note that slime textures and fragrances may vary slightly, and scent preferences are subjective.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If item arrives

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • wrong product received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at luxeslimes00@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will provide a:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • refund

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
